Cold Case: The Disappearance of Britta Cloetens

In Cold Case, court journalists reconstruct the investigation into the sensational disappearance of the 25-year-old Britta Cloetens. On April 23, 2011, Britta visits a car dealership in the Belgian town of Wilrijk. She never comes home. What starts as a worrying disappearance soon becomes a murder investigation. Tijl Teckmans, the salesman of the showroom, is identified as a suspect. Teckmans denies everything, despite the serious material evidence against him. The documentary is based on exclusive access to the investigation file, many video interviews of the suspect and conversations with Britta’s parents.
