Cappie and Sam discover a ruin in the forest and see a strange gathering of men.
They almost get caught and need to run for their lives. When they discuss the event with Ruben and Charlotte, Ruben is convinced they saw the Hughenoten, they still exist! And therefore the legend must be true. Caps Club notifies the police to check the ruin, but they find nothing when they visit. The Club does not understand why there is nothing left, they know they saw something...
The kids visit the local museum, during a school trip. They meet Sterre, the daughter of the Museum director. She is deaf. Just like Ruben, Sterre believes the legend is true. A special painting in the museum about the legend showcases the participants making secret gestures. And Sterre knows what they mean. Once she shares her knowledge with the Club, panic strikes…
